In-Store Purchases
Food & Drinks: If there’s an issue with your order, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.
Online Orders
If you’re not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be unopened and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
How To Request a Refund or return
Email us at contact@cocoacornercafe.co.uk or visit us in-store with your receipt or order number. We’ll respond as quickly as possible to help.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@cocoacornercafe.co.uk and send your item to: 11-12 Pool Valley, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1N
