Shirley Kronholm

Born and raised in South Africa, surrounded by a rich tapestry of cultures and cuisines, her love for food and hospitality was sparked from an early age. This passion led her to qualify in Catering Management and build a career spanning over 20 years in cheffing and hospitality management.

Equally at home behind the stove or the coffee machine, she brings a hands-on approach to everything she does.

With a keen eye for interior design, the café’s warm and welcoming charm began with a chance discovery — a set of beautiful pink tables looking for a new home. From that moment, the vision was born.

Today, she keeps all the books in check while proudly being the face of the company, ensuring every detail — from the food and coffee to the atmosphere and service — reflects her love for hospitality and genuine connection with people.
