Based in Brighton, on the South Coast of England since 2010, his passion for Gastronomy started early in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais – Brazil. Where he was born and graduated from Faculdade Estácio de Sá in 2007.
From the beginning he was passionate about Patisserie and Chocolate and while in Peebles – Scotland, with the help of Chocolatier Master Ruth Hinks (UK World Chocolatier, Australian Pastry Chef of the Year 2004 and Owner of the Multi-Award-winning Luxury Chocolate brand and School Cocoa Black) and Learning with others Great Chocolatiers, he saw he was in the right direction.
With talent and creativity, he decided to merge the traditional flavours of Britain and the Traditional Brazilian Brigadeiro Gourmet.
Our team consists of experienced chefs and baristas who are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers. We believe that great food and drinks start with great people, and we are proud to have such a talented and passionate team.
